Shipping and Return Policy
All orders received by 1:00 pm PST will be ship on the same day unless notified. Any orders received after 1:00 pm (PST). will be process to shipped next business day. All orders placed with the ACCL Giants will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm PST if you have any Question or queries.
We will ship your orders via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Service or USPS. The cost of shipping is based on (a) the shipping option you select when placing your order; (b) total size and weight of your item(s), and (c) your ship-to address. To determine shipping cost for your order, simply add all items to cart, input
your Zip Code, State and select your desired Shipping Method in our Estimate Shipping calculator. You will be shown a total shipping cost in your Shopping Cart.
And once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order status has changed. Click on the link within the e-mail to quickly access tracking information and a tracking number for your shipment.
For International Orders:
Please be aware that there may be extra charges (taxes, duty) included by the shipping carrier before the order is delivered. The customers are responsible for all of these charges.
Please note: For quicker delivery of your order, we will ship from multiple locations when possible. Shipping from multiple locations sometimes causes a delay in tracking information which will occasionally result in your order status being updated without tracking information.
